Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Superintendent at FAR WEST CONTRACTORS CORP. The role is located in Orange Co and through out Southern California. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising commercial industrial government and aerospace construction projects ensuring quality control maintaining construction safety standards risk mitigation and managing project budgets. This candidate must have experience working with the Army Corp of Engineers with project costs of 20 million.

Qualifications

10 years experience required
Army Corp of Engineer job experience
Supervisory Skills able to get along and motivate MEP subcontractors
Commercial Construction and Quality Control
Construction Safety
Budgeting
Experience in managing construction projects
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively
Ability to develop document and disseminate daily activities to the client and project management
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
OSHA 30
US Citizen is a must
