Project Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to support their project management team. This role is integral to the successful execution of HVAC/MEP projects ensuring smooth coordination documentation and communication across all project phases.

• Manage jobsite documentation including RFIs change orders ASIs supplemental design documentation QA/QC and submittals
• Oversee jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
• Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials
• Assemble project estimates and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
• Update and maintain project schedules
• Perform craft productivity tracking

• 2 years of experience in an HVAC/MEP Project Engineering role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates diplomacy and tact when collaborating with colleagues customers and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and Project
