Job Summary
Construction Force Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent / Foreman to oversee daily field operations on commercial institutional and public works construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills the ability to coordinate multiple trades and a commitment to maintaining safe and productive job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Running crews
- Manage subcontractors vendors and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.
- Read and interpret plans specifications and construction documents.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
- Coordinate deliveries manpower and project logistics.
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers owners architects and inspectors.
- Prepare daily reports and project updates.
- Strong leadership scheduling and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Superimtendent Foreman or similar leadership role.
- OSHA 30 Card 62 HR SST
- valid drivers license
Must have extensive knowledge of all construction trades including:
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Masonry
- Roofing
- Concrete
- Drywall
- Painting
- Site Work
- Valid drivers license required.
