Hardwood Gym Floor Foreman

If you can run a rider and walk-behind sander understand hardwood gym floors know the difference between oil- and water-based finishing systems and can lead a crew without someone holding your hand we want to talk to you.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We arent looking for someone who has "helped" on a few gym floors. We are looking for an experienced Sports Flooring Foreman who can take ownership of a hardwood gym flooring project and get it done right.

$30$42 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Were looking for someone with real hands-on experience with:

• Hardwood gym and athletic flooring
  
• Rider sanding machines
  
• Walk-behind sanding machines
  
• Edging and detailed sanding
  
• Sanding sequences and proper floor preparation
  
• Oil-based sealers and finishes
  
• Water-based sealers and finishes
  
• Gym floor paints
  
• Game lines graphics and logos
  
• Hardwood floor installation refinishing and maintenance
  
• Running a small crew
  
• Running an active jobsite
  
• Quality control production and jobsite safety
  

You need to be comfortable being the person responsible for the finished product.

Well train good people for other positions.

This isnt one of them.

For this role we need someone who already knows sports flooring and can bring experience to the table.

If you can walk into a gym look at the floor understand the scope get your crew moving run the equipment solve problems and deliver a finished product youre proud of thats who were looking for.

Sports flooring can be seasonal.

Your paycheck shouldnt be.
