Project Superintendent

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking aProject Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of assigned construction projects. This position will lead field crews subcontractors and vendors while coordinating closely with Project Managers Engineers and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily field operations from project start through completion.
• Supervise foremen operators laborers subcontractors and other field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers Engineers subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct daily pre-task planning toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the project.
• Monitor manpower equipment materials and production to maintain project efficiency.
• Review project plans specifications and drawings to ensure proper execution of work.
• Assist with resolving field conflicts RFIs and constructability issues.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements.
• Provide leadership coaching and direction to field personnel.

Requirements

• 5 years of construction field experience preferably in heavy civil.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent General Superintendent Foreman or similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans specifications and schedules.
• Experience managing crews subcontractors equipment and multiple field activities.
• Ability to identify problems in the field and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
