Project Specialist Customer Support Business Intelligence

Working closely with business partners youll build dashboards optimize SharePoint environments automate reporting solve challenging business problems and deliver analytics that create measurable value.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and data models that support business performance and decision-making.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Use coding and automation tools to improve reporting processes and reduce manual work.
• Develop maintain and enhance SharePoint sites pages lists and workflows to improve collaboration information management and business processes across the organization.
• Partner with business teams to design SharePoint-based solutions that improve user experience increase efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create meaningful visualizations that communicate insights clearly to business leaders.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to complex business challenges.
• Ensure data quality accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Strong coding or programming background with the ability to automate processes and work with data efficiently.
• Experience developing and managing SharePoint sites lists libraries workflows and business solutions.
• Financial analysis experience with the ability to interpret business performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large data sets and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Analytics Information Systems Computer Science or a related field preferred.
