Solution IT Inc. is looking for Project Manager w/ HR Data Governance for one of its clients in Chicago IL

Job Title: Project Manager w/ HR Data Governance

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business HR Information Systems or related field
• 2 5 years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of data management concepts including data quality data structures and data lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment and follow-through across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira or similar)
• Experience supporting data conversion migration or system implementation activities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with evolving priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting large-scale cross-functional programs or transformations
• Exposure to HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM Workday SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience in HR data or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with data privacy concepts and regulations

Work Site: Chicago IL
