As we continue to grow across the Front Range and beyond were seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead successful project delivery while driving operational excellence profitability and client satisfaction.

What Youll Do
As a Project Manager you will oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets including labor equipment subcontractors materials and overall cost performance.
  • Lead project planning execution and financial management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop maintain and monitor project schedules.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and review project estimates.
  • Solicit evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Issue administer and manage subcontracts.
  • Prepare and oversee monthly progress billings.
  • Identify evaluate and manage project changes and change orders.
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely efficiently and profitably.
  • Partner with Accounting on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in both office and field activities to maintain project visibility and support operations.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means methods and field operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities budgets schedules and project teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to access all areas of active construction sites in varying climates and environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
    • HCSS HeavyBid
    • AGTEK Earthwork Software
    • Microsoft Project
    • Microsoft Office Suite
