Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at SIKKY Manufacturing you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule

- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed

- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that projects meet technical requirements and specifications

- Lead project meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion

- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Knowledge of automotive industry and manufacturing processes is a plus
