Position Summary

As a Project Manager for our team you will work with teams across functions to create clear project plans coordinate execution manage risks and keep stakeholders aligned. The project manager serves as a key liaison between plant leadership engineering maintenance production quality and external customers to support operational excellence and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery including product-related projects process improvements and development activities
  • Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope milestones owners and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering operations maintenance quality and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings follow up on actions and support timely decisions
  • Communicate clearly timely and effectively to customers on progress risks and successes
  • Track progress manage risks and issues and escalate when support or decisions are needed

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Project Management Business or a related field
  • PMP Certification desired (not required)

Experience:

  • 3 5 years experience in a Project Management role preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing capital projects equipment installations process improvements or facility upgrades
  • Experience using Microsoft Planner or other PM software

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to create structure define priorities and execute projects in a changing environment
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) facilitation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to motivate develop and influence people and teams

Other Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
