Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in steel erection structural steel ironwork or related construction for a full-time direct hire opportunity.

• Manage structural steel/ironwork projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets schedules and milestones.
• Monitor project costs and proactively address potential overruns.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Estimating General Superintendents field teams vendors and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve field issues scheduling conflicts and project delays.
• Provide leadership coaching and support to project team members.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and according to quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams customers and project stakeholders.

• 1015 years of project management and/or steel erection/ironwork experience.
• Strong background in structural steel steel erection ironwork or commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing project budgets schedules field operations and teams.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work closely with field personnel superintendents estimators and vendors.
