Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States built on an 8-figure reputation for reputation community and results. Were expanding across the Midwest and South and looking for a Project Manager to grow with us in NWA!

We hire veterans. Must be comfortable with D2D sales some company leads are provided but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round career.

What youll do:

• Generate leads through canvassing referrals or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs gutters and siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage the project from start to finish

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid drivers license
• Self-starting coachable disciplined and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation (youll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21 with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Own a cell phone
• Comfortable in outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder walk a roof and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
