Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage direct and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects
• Responsible for project execution and successful completion
• Manage RFIs submittals contracts change order requests subcontractor change orders etc.
• Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule
• Communicate to operations manager all project status
• Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in the fire protection industry project management
• 10 years experience installing and managing fire alarm security installations
• Experience in managing fire alarm installations designing fire alarm systems and creating submittal packages
• Experience with FA products such as FCI Notifier Firelite Gamewell etc. Good communications skills written and verbal
• Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards
• NICET certification
• This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid drivers license is required

The salary range for this position is $80000 to $100000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications experience education skills certifications and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
