• The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in construction management construction administration or equivalent related work experience
• 5-10 years project management experience working on residential commercial and/or ground up projects
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must be a team player and work well with others
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies

• Take ownership of assigned projects leading all phases from pre-construction planning and construction to closeout and post-construction services.
• Maintain strategic oversight focusing on risk management profitability and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and oversee all project documentation ensuring daily requirements are met progress is documented and any challenges are promptly reported to management.
• Identify and address critical constructability issues including cost and logistical challenges early in the project.
• Oversee subcontractor performance ensuring that work aligns with project schedules and profit targets.
• Continuously update knowledge of current and past construction practices to apply best practices effectively.
• Be available for occasional night and weekend work as needed and travel as required.
• Accurately track and report time worked along with equipment and material usage.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients architects subcontractors and industry partners to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive project reporting and maintain regular communication with the project team design team and clients.
• Work is a combination of virtual and field involvement depending on project requirements and level of engagement needed.
