SummaryBalfour Beatty is seeking aProject Manager to join our team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven construction professional withstrong communicationand leadership skills capable of managing all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through a Project Manageryoulllead a collaborative project team overseeing budgets schedules contracts and client relationships to ensure safe efficient and high-quality project closely with the Superintendent Project Executive and design partners to plan execute and deliver projects that align with Balfour Beattys standards of excellence and ourZero Harmsafety FunctionsProject Leadership:Manage all aspects of assigned projects including planning scheduling budgeting and reporting. Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients design partners and stakeholders tomaintainstrong relationships and ensure project satisfaction. Financial Management:Develop andmaintainproject budgets financial reports and revenue projections; review and approve subcontractor pay applications and change & Planning:Provide constructability input coordinate projectlogistics and develop staffing and resource plans. Scheduling:Lead project scheduling in collaboration with the Superintendent develop baselines in Primavera P6 and oversee regular updates and pull-planning sessions. Procurement & Contracting:Manage subcontractorbuyouts contract negotiations and materialpurchasingto ensure cost control andtimelydelivery. Safety & Quality:Promote and enforce Balfour BeattysZero Harmsafety culture and lead quality control programs tomaintainhigh construction standards. Communication & Reporting:Chair Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings lead coordination sessions and provide regular progress updates to clients and internal :Direct project turnover and closeout documentation ensuring all financial safety and quality obligations are degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field. 68 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. Proven ability to manage fullproject lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout. Proficiencywith project management and scheduling software (Procore Primavera P6 Sage 300 CRE or similar). Strong leadership organization and communication ExperienceExperience managing complex or large-scale commercial projects. Demonstrated success building client relationships and leading diverse teams. Experience in business development or early-stage project pursuits.
