About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading technology operational and business transformation initiatives across Aria Care Partners. This role partners with executive leadership business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors to deliver projects that drive growth efficiency innovation and scalability.

Projects may include EMR implementations Salesforce enhancements enterprise integrations AI initiatives automation data migrations operational improvements and merger & acquisition integrations. The Project Manager will also help establish and promote project management standards governance and best practices across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Independently lead projects from planning through implementation stabilization and operational transition.
• Develop and manage project plans timelines resources risks dependencies and communications.
• Maintain project documentation issue logs decision logs and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project activities involving external vendors consultants and strategic partners ensuring alignment with project objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Lead initiatives involving EMR platforms Salesforce enterprise applications integrations automation data migrations and emerging technologies.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency productivity and user experience.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies standards templates reporting practices and delivery processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement organizational change management training coordination and user adoption.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Information Technology Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience leading technology healthcare operational or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience delivering technology or business transformation projects involving EMR/EHR platforms Salesforce enterprise applications integrations automation data migration AI-enabled solutions or process improvement.
• Healthcare services healthcare technology payer/provider or life sciences experience preferred.
• Experience supporting mergers acquisitions business integrations or post-acquisition technology and operational transitions is a plus.
• PMP Agile Scrum or related project management certification is a plus

Qualities You Have

• Strong leadership organizational planning analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business technical and executive teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
• Demonstrates accountability attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams) and project management platforms such as Asana Jira Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
