Role Overview
The Project Manager will support the planning execution monitoring and completion of projects by coordinating schedules resources documentation and cross-functional communication. This role serves as a point of contact to ensure project activities are completed on time within scope and in alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders leadership suppliers and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Coordinate project meetings with key stakeholders including Project Managers Engineering teams and cross-functional partners to support project alignment and execution.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks issues or delays and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Assist with purchase order request processes by preparing required documentation coordinating with stakeholders and tracking PO status through approval and completion.
Manage multiple projects or project tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Manage internal tracking system to create and maintain blade repair cases monitor repair progress track resolution activities and facilitate communication between Engineering teams suppliers and stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with established project processes quality standards and organizational procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination project management support operations coordination or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet Box Salesforce or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Project management certifications such as CAPM or PMP are preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting quality manufacturing engineering operations or technical projects.
Familiarity with quality management systems process improvement initiatives or compliance-driven environments.
Experience with reporting audits corrective action tracking or continuous improvement activities.
