Project Manager, MHS National Accounts

The Project Manager is responsible for leading medium-to-large-scale projects and strategic initiatives supporting McKesson Health Systems (MHS) National Accounts customers and internal business operations. This individual manages projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals customer requirements operational excellence objectives and compliance expectations.

The Project Manager serves as a key business partner facilitating collaboration across National Accounts Sales Operations Contracting Technology Finance Customer Success MPB Support Services and 340B teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and leverage project management Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies to drive operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and initiatives with moderate to high complexity.

• Develop project charters implementation plans timelines success metrics and governance structures.

• Partner with National Accounts Leadership 340B RxO teams MPB Support Services and Field Sales.

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting MHS National Accounts and 340B strategic initiatives.

• Conduct audits and compliance tracking of workstreams and project deliverables.

• Drive process improvements automation opportunities SOP development and operational efficiencies.

• Maintain project documentation risks assumptions issues and action logs.

• Develop executive presentations dashboards scorecards and leadership communications.

• Support organizational readiness training adoption and change management activities.

• Facilitate meetings stakeholder engagement sessions and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4 years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Project Management Operations Supply Chain or related field.

Critical Skills

• 4 years of project management process improvement or operational excellence experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare pharmaceutical or health system environments.

• Understanding of Health Systems GPO operations pricing contract administration and 340B programs preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

• PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Salary: 79600.00 - 106100.00 - 132600.00USD Annual wit 15% MIP

Budgeted target approx. 100K - 106100K with 15% MIP.

Working Conditions

• Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.

• >25% travel within assigned territory. Position may require some overnight business trips during the year.

This position is a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/workfromhome model. If located in DFW area the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific inoffice days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.
