Job Overview: As a Project Manager at SIKKY MANUFACTURING you will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and tracking of various projects within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills strong project management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports

- Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies

- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Ensure projects are completed within budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures

- Implement and maintain project management processes and tools

- Mentor and coach project team members to improve performance and achieve project goals

- Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion

- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- PMP certification is a plus
