Job Summary
Cushing Terrell is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of architectural and multidisciplinary projects throughout Montana and the greater region. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading project planning coordination scheduling budgeting client communication and overall project execution from project initiation through closeout.
This role will work closely with Principals Project Architects Architects of Record Engineers Consultants and Clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule within budget and in alignment with Cushing Terrells quality management standards. The position will be based in the Kalispell office and may support projects and teams in other Montana offices as workload and capacity allow.
The expected salary range for this position is $85000 to $100000 annually.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred
- Project management experience within the A/E/C industry
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting scheduling contracts and project financial management
- Working knowledge of design and construction processes
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience or similar project management software preferred
