Project Manager – IT # 26-24785

Seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to support technology initiatives for business unit starting with a pricing project for US Distribution. The candidate will manage projects end-to-end including planning execution monitoring risk management stakeholder communication and delivery. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and the capability to work effectively with IT teams business stakeholders and senior leadership within an IT PMO environment.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of clients US Distribution pricing project including scope timelines resources dependencies risks and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects and prioritize competing deadlines and business requirements.
• Set up and maintain Jira boards workflows dashboards and project tracking processes.
• Use Confluence to maintain project documentation plans meeting notes and status updates.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress risks blockers and milestones to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Identify escalate and resolve project risks issues scope changes and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate with IT applications operations and client business teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain project charters timelines RAID logs status reports and other PMO documentation.
• Support prioritization discussions for new IT project requests based on business needs resources and delivery timelines.

• 47 years of project management experience preferably in IT or technology-enabled business functions.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence beyond basic end-user functionality.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.
• Experience communicating project status risks and delivery commitments to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or structured project governance environment is preferred.
• Experience in pricing distribution manufacturing ERP-related projects or legacy systems such as AS400 is an advantage.

• Strong project planning execution monitoring and delivery management skills.
• Hands-on Jira expertise including board setup workflow configuration dashboards filters and reporting.
• Confluence expertise for project documentation and knowledge management.
• Proficiency in project documentation including project plans timelines project charters RAID logs and status reports.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities dependencies risks and changing project requirements.
• Understanding of IT systems integrations data flows and technology project dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills intellectual curiosity adaptability and proactive risk escalation.
• PMP CAPM or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Project Management or a related field preferred.
• PMP CAPM or an equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
