Conduct thorough business analysis and capture new requirements or enhancementsnTrack and report on multiple concurrent project - including timelines risks and status updatesnCreate technical documentation and training materialnInteract with and present to stakeholders at different levels and across geographical regionsnAssist support teams on complex tickets by logically thinking through problems and providing guidancenContribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working
Expertise in the creation of project plans management of risks and status reportingnStrong facilitation skills to support requirements gathering design meetings and workshopsnClear written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to ask questions and share ideasnEagerness and the ability to build relationships with colleagues across different functions and timezones
Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies (Scrum Agile Waterfall)nExperience working with database technologies (Relational NoSQL)nProven experience in an IT project management role preferably delivering web applications across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)nAbility to build and develop strong partnerships with multiple stakeholder groupsnExperience managing distributed development teams
