Project Manager

• Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.
• Manages Request for Proposal (RFP eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation.
• Project Support Activities (i.e. Risks issues action item management; Meeting scheduling facilitating meeting minutes; Communications (end user broadcasts IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs.
• Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 1. Enterprise Network Implementation Management experience leading end-to-end network deployments infrastructure readiness and deployment planning.
• 2. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination skilled in WAN planning circuit delivery tracking telecom provider coordination and circuit readiness.
• 3. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization experience supporting Cisco switching environments secure connectivity routing/switching coordination and network refresh initiatives.
• 4. Network Cutover and Migration Planning ability to manage enterprise cutover planning traffic transitions stabilization and business-critical migration activities.
• 5. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects experience managing secure connectivity DDoS mitigation malware defense and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
• Experience Level: 5 years
• Duration: Long-Term Open-Ended Contract
• Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook Word Excel OneNote PowerPoint Visio OneDrive for Business SharePoint Online Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps.
• Position is Hybrid expect 2 onsite days per week.
