Project Manager Industrial

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of custom industrial equipment projects from order release through delivery. This role coordinates engineering manufacturing procurement and customer communication to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications.

The Project Manager serves as the primary internal coordinator throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from order handoff through manufacturing and shipment

Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and milestones

Coordinate activities between engineering manufacturing procurement and quality teams

Communicate project status with internal customers and stakeholders

Track project costs and support change order management

Identify risks and resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget

Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet contractual requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business or related field preferred

37 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment

Experience coordinating engineering and production activities

Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with ERP systems and project scheduling tools (MS Project Smartsheet etc.)

Preferred Experience

Capital equipment or engineered-to-order manufacturing

Mechanical or industrial systems

Customer-facing project coordination
