Job Summary
Role: Project Manager
Location: Remote (USA)
20% IS TRAVELLING AS PER THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end telecom project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Define project scope schedule budget and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage wireless site development including acquisition construction and integration
- Track project progress milestones and deliverables
- Ensure project completion within scope time cost and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients and management
- Identify risks issues and dependencies and take corrective actions
- Prepare reports presentations and project documentation
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering construction zoning leasing etc.)
- Monitor financials including budget invoicing and revenue tracking
- Ensure adherence to company project management processes
Requirements:
- 5 years of telecom project management experience
- Experience in site acquisition construction integration and optimization
- Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope cost schedule risk)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint MS Project)
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
