Core Responsibilities
Production Management: Direct daily manufacturing workflows to achieve output goals adjusting schedules based on demand or equipment issues. 1 2 3
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Kaizen Six Sigma) to minimize operational costs. 1 2
Team Leadership: Recruit train mentor and evaluate manufacturing personnel while maintaining a strong safety culture and enforcing compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. 1 2
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management maintenance quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery. 1 2
Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on productivity quality defects and financial metrics. 1 2
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact reporting program status risks and financial health to executive management and client
Education: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing
