In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for running multiple projects ($100M range) from start to finish and working directly with clients and internal staff.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $100000-$120000/Yr.

• Bachelors Degree
• 10 years of experience in a project management role running multiple projects at a time.
• Experience with projects in the $100M range
• Able to work with clients internal staff vendors and subcontractors
• Able to handle project schedules and budgets
• MS Project experience
• Knowledge of construction - experience with controlled environment projects (cleanrooms cold storage dry storage etc.)
