Job Summary

Koniag Information Security Services LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Project Manager with a Secret security clearance to support KSS and our government customer in Fall Church VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan execute monitor and close projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and contract requirementsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and milestone tracking documents using MS Project and other applicable toolsPrepare and deliver briefing slides progress reviews metric charts program schedules technical reports and organizational charts as requiredCoordinate and communicate project status risks and issues to government stakeholders and internal leadershipApply working knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps operational environments to ensure project deliverables align with mission needs and organizational prioritiesFacilitate project meetings and working groups documenting decisions action items and outcomesIdentify assess and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagementEnsure all personnel and resources are properly allocated to accomplish tasks efficiently reliably and professionallyCollaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to resolve project challenges and drive continuous improvementMaintain proficiency in MS Teams MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Project Access) Power BI and Adobe Acrobat to support all project management activitiesEnsure contract deliverables meet all quality standards and are submitted in accordance with required timelinesRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience after receiving PMP certificationActive PMP certification with demonstrated continuous application of project management principlesExceptional communication skills in English both written and oral with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical government stakeholdersProficiency in MS Teams MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Excel MS Project MS Access Power BI and Adobe AcrobatAbility to produce high-quality briefing slides metric charts progress reviews program schedules technical reports and organizational chartsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with risk management issue tracking and change management within a government contracting contextAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide clear direction to team members and stakeholdersClearance Requirement:Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearanceDesired Skills and Competencies:Direct experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps programs or organizationsFamiliarity with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principlesExperience in healthcare or medical support services environmentsAdvanced degree in Business Administration Management or a related fieldAdditional relevant certifications (e.g. PgMP PMI-RMP or similar)Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
