Location:- Washington DC (Remote with Quarterly travel required for PI Planning (Northeast corridor typically WIL DE/PHL PA/WAS DC)

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Influence without authority and navigate competing priorities effectively.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio Lucid Confluence Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with data sets dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making.
- Bachelors degree/equivalent and 8 years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO PMBOK stage-gate).
- Strong analytical facilitation documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Rail Infrastructure/Linear Assets.
- Experience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo or Hexagon.
- Familiarity with reliability condition-based maintenance or performance analytics.
- Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000).
