Koniag IT Systems LLC (KITS) a Koniag Government Services (KGS) company is seeking a Project Manager to support KITS and our government customer in Durham offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays vacation sick leave and Responsibilities:Observes evaluates and supervises day-to-day operations of operators in a lower classification ensuring production efficiency aligns with daily task daily production by communicating directing daily activities scheduling operator work tasks and following up on work and maintains resources to minimize monitor and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate and provides guidance to operators in a lower classification by conducting training providing information and resolving project status to senior management and communicate effective correspondence in response to administrative administrative concepts practices and procedures to research materials for projects and fulfilled meeting data from a variety of sources to interpret relevant related work as assigned by Contract & Behaviors:Thorough knowledge of modern operating systems networking and MS Office knowledge of clerical and reporting attention-to-detail and problem-solving to perform accurately assigned routine operations on various data processing to work in high-pressure to listen effectively and express thoughts and opinions clearly and to work well both alone and in highly structured team written and verbal communications capabilities with good interpersonal be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or Training & Experience:HS Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of personal computer experience. (required)Eight years of experience in a business mailroom print operations and/or mail sorting experience. (required)Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or successful completion of related programs in data processing and computer operations. (preferred)Experience with using loading and maneuvering equipment safely and effectively. (preferred)Qualifications:Candidates who hold an active public trust government clearance are strongly encouraged to who are willing to undergo a background investigation to receive a government clearance will be strongly must be able to work Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm daily.
