DaytoDay Duties

• Lead crossfunctional project teams to achieve scope schedule and budget targets.
• Develop maintain and communicate detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
• Conduct daily standups weekly status meetings and milestone reviews with stakeholders.
• Track progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Coordinate with clients vendors and internal departments to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters change orders lessons learned).
• Apply Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

MustHaves (Essential Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• 510 years of proven project management experience delivering complex multimilliondollar initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project Jira Asana etc.).
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with solid problemsolving capabilities.
• Professional certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) strongly preferred.

NicetoHaves (Desired Experience & Skills)

• Handson experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project lifecycles.
• Background in technology manufacturing or professionalservices sectors.
• Track record of mentoring junior staff and fostering team development.
• Familiarity with budgeting financial tracking and costcontrol techniques.
• Exposure to enterpriselevel software implementations or infrastructure rollouts.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $110000 $140000 (USD) based on experience and performance.
