Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring projects stay on schedule budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee schedules budgets contracts change orders and billing.
• Coordinate with owners architects subcontractors and project teams.
• Manage RFIs submittals drawings and Procore documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure quality safety and successful project closeout.
• Mentor and manage Assistant PMs Project Engineers and Coordinators.

Requirements:

• 10 years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
• Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project).
• OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
