• Own projects from sale through completion ensuring the clients vision becomes a successful finished solution.
• Coordinate teams timelines materials and resources to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Partner across Sales Design Operations and Installation to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks to maintain project standards and address issues proactively.
• Manage project financials and procurement ensuring accurate billing and timely product ordering.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience including final walkthroughs demonstrations and project handoffs.
• Step in where needed to support installations solve problems and keep projects moving forward.

• 2 years of experience in administrative support coordination operations or the A/V industry
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid drivers license and insurance.
• Positive attitude team-player mindset and willingness to learn.
