PROJECT MANAGER

Position: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering production and sales to develop project plans and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

3. Identify and manage project risks issues and changes and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

4. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders including senior management and clients.

5. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress address any issues and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

6. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate complete and maintained in a timely manner.

7. Manage project budgets including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays within budget.

8. Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies procedures and quality standards.

9. Lead project teams providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.

10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

6. Experience with project management tools and software.

7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

9. PMP certification is a plus.
