Years of Requisite Experience:â6-12 years

Focus:Project Managementanddevelopment ofproject designs

Licensure:Preferred.

Education:Bachelorsdegree inlandscape architectureor related field degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Understands and consistently executes all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design execution and living design.

• Develops anddocumentscreative and innovative design ideas concepts and solutions whileparticipatingas an integral member of the design team.

• Maintains awareness of evolving landscape technology.

• Understands and responds to technical implications and design decisions.

• Executedrawings for schematic design design development and construction documents.

• Executes responsibilities on projects within the scope of schedule and budget.

• Contributes to project marketing pursuits proposal preparation and interviews.

• Administers applicable agency review analysis (accessibility zoning life-safety etc.).

• Participates and collaborates in design reviews charettes and pin-ups.

• Mentorsstaff.

• Coordinates effectively with partners colleagues and consultants throughout thedesign phases.

• Design and technical experience at a consistentlyhigh levelof accomplishment.

• Exhibits strong conceptual thinking with an ability to communicate ideas both graphically and verbally.

• Displays a strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills in support of a growinglandscapearchitecture planning and urban design practice.
