The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality safety and efficiency. Experience withConstruction Management-at-Risk (CMAR)andDesign-Buildproject delivery methods is highly preferred.
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects including schedules budgets quality control and overall project performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects.
- Monitor project progress identify potential delays and implement solutions to maintain schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers vendors and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
- Lead project meetings with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners contractors consultants and project partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Review and interpret construction drawings specifications contracts and project documents.
- Prepare project reports schedules updates and communication materials.
- Monitor project costs changes and budget performance.
- Ensure projects meet quality safety and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Experience with healthcare K-12 higher education or similar commercial construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes scheduling budgeting and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and contracts.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) project delivery.
- Experience with Design-Build construction methods.
- Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
