As a Project Management Analyst you will oversee site-level project governance and portfolio performance promote continuous improvement advance projects and monitor key performance indicators. You will identify performance gaps recommend corrective actions and report progress to senior executive and above-site leadership. Additionally you will serve as the site crisis coordinator manage the site risk management process and lead annual crisis management drills.
Provide site-level oversight of project governance processes and portfolio performance to support effective prioritization visibility and decision-making.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the portfolio byidentifyingopportunities to strengthen governance routines reporting and project execution practices.
Monitor portfolio health through key performance indicatorsidentifyunderperformance or emerging risks and recommend corrective actions to improve overall project outcomes.
Prepare and deliver regular portfolio status updates performance summaries and risk-related insights to Senior Leadership Executive Leadership and above-site leadership.
Support advancement of projects across the site portfolio by tracking progress highlighting issues requiring escalation and helping ensuretimelyfollow-through on key actions.
Own andmaintainthe site risk management process including risk identification assessment escalation and monitoring of mitigation actions.
Serve as the site crisis coordinator and lead annual crisis management drills to strengthen preparedness response readiness and organizational resilience.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure portfolio information isaccurategovernance expectations are clear and decisions are supported bytimelyand reliable data.
Maintain clear and audit-ready documentation related to governance activities portfolio reporting risk management and crisis management processes
Promotes continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to strengthen governance processes reporting practices and portfolio visibility.
Leverages digital tools and data to improve the efficiency consistency and insightfulness of portfolio reporting and tracking.
Encourages knowledge sharing and adoption of effective practices that enhance site performance and organizational readiness.
Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Engineering Operations Life Sciences ora related field.
5 years of experience in PMO portfolio management support governance business excellence project controls or a related project and portfolio environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting governance routines portfolio reporting KPI tracking risk and issue management and leadership communications.
Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management fundamentals including governance performance monitoring corrective action follow-up and structured reporting.
Experience developing dashboards reports presentations and performance summaries for Senior Leadership and Executive Leadership review.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifytrends assess underperformance highlight risks and recommend practical actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesmaintainattention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiencyin tools such as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Power BI Smartsheet Project or similar systems used for analysis reporting and tracking.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting site-level governance stakeholder meetings risk processes and documentation practices.
Understanding ofregulated environments quality systems compliance expectations or crisis/risk management processes in site-based operations.

Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head face hands feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up jewelry contact lenses nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold wet environment.
Work multiple shifts including weekends or be asked to work supplemental hours as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol acids buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.

$89900.00 - $141240.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
