Job Summary
Position Summary
All IT Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Lead / Technical Project Manager to coordinate a multidisciplinary industrial-controls and software-engineering team supporting installation testing and turnover activities at the Hanford Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as AISs primary project contact and coordinate engineering testing and documentation activities.
- Prepare work plans staffing plans schedules task assignments and monthly status reports.
- Monitor authorized hours project budget schedule risks issues and deliverable status.
- Coordinate technical interfaces among I&C software electrical instrumentation construction and operations teams.
- Facilitate requirements analysis design reviews test planning acceptance activities and project turnover.
- Ensure appropriate independent checking verification and quality reviews are completed before delivery.
- Maintain action decision risk change and deliverable registers.
- Coordinate client communications and ensure work remains within the authorized release ceiling and scope.
- Support preparation and controlled transmission of technical submittals and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science information technology or a related technical field.
- At least five years of technical project leadership experience involving operational technology software engineering industrial controls or systems integration.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams budgets schedules and controlled deliverables.
- Experience developing work plans requirements designs test plans and acceptance documentation.
- Understanding of software quality assurance configuration management verification and validation.
- Strong client communication technical writing risk-management and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project-planning or workflow-management tools.
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and ability to satisfy Hanford badging and training requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Hanford Site or U.S. Department of Energy project leadership experience.
- Experience with ASME NQA-1 Subpart 2.7 DOE Order 414.1D or other nuclear-quality requirements.
- Working knowledge of ABB 800xA PLC/DCS systems or industrial automation projects.
- Experience supporting construction acceptance operational acceptance commissioning or turnover.
- PMP engineering licensure or another relevant professional credential.
