Job Description

seeking an experienced Project Lead 3 to support moderate to complex business and technology initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project activities including planning coordination business analysis requirements gathering implementation monitoring and reporting.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities excellent communication skills and the ability to independently manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project activities
• Coordinate project planning execution tracking and delivery
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Develop project documentation and specifications
• Monitor project timelines risks issues and deliverables
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams business users and leadership
• Ensure successful implementation of business solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience in:
  • Project Planning & Coordination
  • Business Analysis
  • Requirements Gathering
  • System Implementation
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Mandatory Requirement

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is REQUIRED
• Certification must be clearly mentioned on the resume
• Proof of certification may be requested by the client
