We are partnered with a nationally recognized mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide operational leadership financial oversight and strategic direction for large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in operations team development business growth and complex project execution.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and mentor Project Managers and operational teams
Oversee project financials labor productivity forecasting and risk management
Drive safety culture project execution and operational excellence
Support business development estimating and strategic growth initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with owners GCs vendors and key clients
Oversee preconstruction planning scheduling and project turnover activities
Participate in PM reviews negotiations staffing and workforce planning
Qualifications:
10 years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and construction operations
Experience leading teams managing financial performance and supporting business growth
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
Experience with project management and construction software platforms
Strong communication leadership and client relationship skills
