Financial Performance:Evaluate project financial performance monthly ensureaccurateforecasting oversee owner payments and drive profitability across assigned projects. Operational Excellence:Supervise project operations from start-up through closeout ensuring schedules budgets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Risk Management:Lead risk reviews using tools such as the Business Evaluation Tool (BET) and Risk Register; support proactive issue resolution and crisis management when necessary. Safety Leadership:Promote and monitor enforcement of project safety policiesparticipatein safety audits and investigations and reinforceZero Harmexpectations across teams. Talent Development:Mentor Project Managers and other team members; provide performance evaluations coaching and development opportunities that foster long-term career growth.
