Project Engineer Civil

As a key technical contributor on our engineering team you will take ownership of design coordination and execution responsibilities across a variety of projects. Youll independently manage complex design and analysis tasks lead contract administration efforts and deliver small projects from start to finish while contributing to larger multidisciplinary efforts. You have 4 years of relevant engineering experience and either a PE license or a clear path toward licensure. How youll spend your days:

• Producing complex engineering design analysis and drafting work while ensuring compliance with applicable codes standards and internal QA/QC procedures
• Managing contract administration responsibilities and helping keep projects moving during construction
• Leading small projects while coordinating with Project Managers clients and internal teams
• Collaborating across disciplines to deliver accurate well-executed engineering solutions
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings calculations and specifications
• Reviewing work mentoring junior staff and providing hands-on technical guidance and training
• Communicating proactively with leadership about project status workload and potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and preferred 4 years of professional engineering experience
• PE license preferred or working toward licensure
• Proficiency with BIM/drawing platforms and engineering design and analysis tools
• Ability to independently execute complex design and analysis work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience supporting project execution contract administration and coordination across disciplines
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative client-centered approach
• Strong interest in mentoring and developing junior staff
• Client-centered inquisitive mindset with a genuine desire to keep learning and improving
