Project Director Relocation

Location: Phoenix AZ
Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Director with a strong background in MEP construction mechanical systems and process piping to lead complex commercial and industrial projects.

This is a senior-level leadership role responsible for overseeing project strategy financial performance client relationships and overall execution from preconstruction through completion.

• Provide overall leadership for large-scale MEP mechanical HVAC plumbing and process piping projects.

• Oversee project budgets schedules contracts change orders and profitability.

• Lead and mentor Project Managers Superintendents and project teams.

• Work closely with owners engineers general contractors subcontractors and vendors.

• Provide strategic oversight of project planning procurement staffing and execution.

• Review project scope drawings specifications contracts and financial performance.

• Identify and resolve major project risks design issues schedule concerns and cost impacts.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership during preconstruction and project planning.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to quality expectations.

• Drive accountability communication and continuous improvement across the project team.

• 10 years of construction project management experience with significant experience leading large MEP projects.

• Strong background in mechanical construction and process piping.

• Experience with complex HVAC plumbing industrial commercial healthcare manufacturing or mission-critical projects.

• Proven experience managing significant project financials and overall project performance.

• Strong leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and field teams.

• Excellent understanding of construction contracts scheduling estimating procurement and change management.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
