Job Title: Project Director Enterprise IT Modernization
Exp 15 Only
Location: California( 2 days a week to Office)
(Preferred Public Sector / State Government Experience)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale public sector modernization initiatives and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will oversee multi-vendor environments cloud implementations and mission-critical system deployments while managing large budgets and executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
15 years in IT program/project management with 10 years leading large modernization programs.
7 years managing programs with budgets over $50M.
Experience managing multi-contractor environments and 4 concurrent system integrators.
Public sector IT modernization experience required.
Experience with cloud implementations (GCP preferred).
Strong knowledge of PMI SAFe Agile/Scrum methodologies.
PMP PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: California state government experience CDT oversight workers compensation/case management domain experience.
