Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned marine projects to ensure work is completed safely efficiently and in accordance with project objectives schedules budgets and contractual requirements. This role serves as a liaison between management craft personnel subcontractors maintenance teams and customers to keep projects on track while maintaining accurate documentation and communication throughout each phase of the project.

- Knowledge of marine fabrication and shipbuilding construction processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Experience maintaining project documentation and written reports.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Commitment to safety quality and company policies.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production shipbuilding environment.
- Experience coordinating craft personnel and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and manpower planning.
- Experience working with project managers and superintendents.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with contract-driven marine or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and prioritize work according to project schedules.
- Collaborate with management to determine craft labor and subcontractor requirements.
- Prepare daily written turnover reports to support project continuity.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure objectives budgets and deadlines are achieved.
- Communicate project expectations and responsibilities to all team members.
- Ensure compliance with company safety environmental quality and ethics policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
