POSITION SUMMARY: Antero Group is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a background in municipal engineering or site-development engineering for its Denton Texas office. The selected candidate will oversee municipal and site-development assignments and collaborate with a broader national team.
PROJECT TYPES: Residential commercial and industrial site development; roadway design; stormwater modeling; capital improvement projects; green infrastructure; trail design; and related municipal infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and develop civil engineering plans; manage projects schedules priorities and deliverables; manage staff and client relationships; prepare engineering and project reports; produce clear technical writing and documentation; mentor junior team members; support business-development activities; coordinate multiple long-term projects and immediate assignments concurrently; and work effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; at least 8 years of civil engineering experience; current Texas Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain Texas licensure; strong project-management and time-management skills; ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic and flexible work environment; ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects; and strong individual and team collaboration skills.
