Eatons ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Large/Major. This is a hybrid role located at our Arden NC location.

What youll do:

The Project Coordinator serves as the commercial liaison between the product lines Field Sales Field project managers and the customer during the execution of Large and Major complex project orders.

In this function you will:

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers in assigned territory or vertical segment.
Use Eaton prescribed tools and applications to enter project orders consisting of Built-To-Order Assembled-To-Order and Engineered-To-Order equipment.
Promote proactive project management through timely and accurate communications with internal partners (Operations Credit Sales) and external customers relative to scheduling status expediting change orders logistics and financial order management.
Serve as the customers advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to peer contacts in the operations and escalating issues as required to management.
Manage daily phone and email activity providing directions solutions and updates including back-up support as necessary for teammates.
Demonstrate proficiency in providing proactive support on complex orders which may include those assigned to Field Project Managers.
Take active role in developing mentoring and monitoring On-the-Job-Training for less experienced Project
Coordinators.
Meet expectations per EatonCare Service Level Agreement.
Perform all other duties as required by Regional Management.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 4 years customer service experience
Relocation is not available. Candidate must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Arden NC to be considered

Preferred qualifications:

6 years of Customer Service or Project Management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel
LEAN CI success and experience
Ability to train and onboard new professionals within Avery Creek and Queretaro.
Skills:
Position Criteria:

Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication).
Strong computer skills including proficiency in typing.
Proficient in creative problem solving conflict resolution and managing priorities.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing high volume of transactions (orders emails and phone calls).
The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.
