Title:Project Coordinator IV

We are looking for a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience advanced data analysis skills and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams. This role will support cross-functional product initiatives use data to identify opportunities and risks and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support program execution across multiple products and platforms including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect transform and analyze product and operational data.
• Build and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis automate repetitive tasks and prototype solutions.
• Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product Engineering Legal and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes anticipate roadblocks and drive solutions.
• Communicate findings recommendations and project updates clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of relevant experience in strategy operations consulting program management or technical product operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including CTEs window functions joins aggregations and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace particularly Google Sheets including complex formulas pivot tables documentation and automated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical critical-thinking problem-solving organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently take initiative and adapt quickly to new tools technologies and changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development vibe coding low-code/no-code solutions or AI-generated code.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau Looker or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data pipelines ETL processes and data infrastructure concepts.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
• Background in quality assurance triage operations or AI/ML validation workflows.
• Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.
• Experience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.
