Job Summary

TABER the leading manufacturer of custom millwork metalwork and upholstery in Orange County is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

What you will do:

Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across preconstruction construction and closeout phases

Prepare and manage submittals RFIs shop drawing coordination and procurement tracking

Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering Purchasing Production and Field teams

Track project schedules deliveries and install readiness to keep timelines on track

Manage subcontractor scope across stone tops seating and metal work

What were looking for:

12 years of experience in construction millwork or a related field (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with submittals RFIs or project coordination workflows

Exceptional organizational skills and clear proactive communication

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Comfortable working with Bluebeam Procore (or similar platform) and Excel

High attention to detail especially with respect to finish quality and sequencing
