Job Summary

- Assist with the preparation drafting and administration of project documents including Statements of Work Work Authorizations Change Requests Charters and Project Management Plans.
- Maintain Contract and Change Order logs and applicable working files.
- Support proposal reviews to ensure compliance with contract requirements and assist with bid evaluations.
- Reconcile contracted Statement of Work commitments with project deliverables.
- Monitor and update project timelines communicate schedule changes and coordinate updates with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide document control meeting minutes and accurate project documentation.
- Prepare month end reports and update dashboards that include metrics achieved and scope/schedule/budget variances to baseline.
- Review and process invoices including coding and obtaining approvals; handle complex billing and resolve contract change issues as needed.
- Analyze project costs and assist with project forecasts.
- Interface with consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist and support the facilitation and delivery of lessons learned post-project documentation.
- AA Degree
- Five plus years of related experience displays experience working with contractors consultants and designers in creating Project Documents
- Displays ability to lead small projects and complete projects within scope schedule and budget
- Use of MS Project or equivalent project management/scheduling tool
Hiring Range: $32.70 to $42.18 per hour
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.

In compliance with state laws we provide the full salary range for each position along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications experience and internal equity.
